Graciano
Everything about Elena Corzana's Graciano is a work of art, from the meticulous care of the vineyards to the label, which features a painting by her friend José Uríszar, a renowned painter from La Rioja.
Con solo 600 botellas producidas, este es verdaderamente un vino artesanal. Las uvas Graciano, minoritarias en La Rioja, provienen de un viñedo de Labastida, en la Sonsierra Occidental
The resulting wine is full of life, a fresh and approachable Graciano. Floral, spicy, elegant, and vibrant, with aromas of blackberries, violets, and chocolate. The oak is exceptionally balanced and well-integrated, complementing the wine in the background.
Open-Top Fermentation
Hand-harvested and always among friends, the grapes arrive at the winery in baskets to be destemmed.
Fermentation is spontaneous in an open tank at mild temperatures, to achieve fruity aromas and a silky palate.
It remains in a 500L cask for 12 months.
Ochre soil.
The soil of the Sonsierra is clay-limestone, with a characteristic ochre color.
Its limestone base provides structure to the wines, clearly noticeable on the palate.
Graciano Grape
Graciano grapes, a minority in the DOCa Rioja, are one of the varieties of the future due to their good acidity and resistance to drought.
Its spicy notes and vivid color are characteristic
